I have only contacted the surgery a couple of times post covid and although the procedure is so much different now for getting an appointment, there seems to be that getting an appointment can be quite protracted and less face to face consultations?
I personally have had no medication reviews since before the pandemic and wonder why this is?
Am I now supposed to request this?

Being kept updated as to practices that could have possibly changed since the pandemic.
The automated message when you are connected by telephone to be updated as the information given about covid was totally out of date and very confusing; in fact is that information still relevant?

The surgery staff are always so helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much bother. It's so important to us that we have their expertise at the end of the phone.
